Ingredients of Vegetable Salad:-
- 2 medium sized carrots
- 2 medium sized cucumber
- 1 small radish
- 1 large tomato
- 2-3 spring onions
- Few cashews, almonds, pistachios (optional)
- 3-4 fresh basil, chopped
- Salt as required
Instructions:-
- Firstly rinse all the vegetables. Peel and chop the carrots, radish and cucumber.
- Chop the tomatoes. Finely chop the spring onions. Take all the vegetables in a bowl.
- Heat a pan and roast all the seeds and nuts till crispy and lightly browned.
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl and add salt.
- Then add basil and toss well.
- Serve the vegetable salad immediately.
