Vegetable Salad | How to make Vegetable Salad


Ingredients of Vegetable Salad:-
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 2 medium sized cucumber
  • 1 small radish
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2-3 spring onions
  • Few cashews, almonds, pistachios (optional)
  • 3-4 fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt as required
Instructions:-
  1. Firstly rinse all the vegetables. Peel and chop the carrots, radish and cucumber.
  2. Chop the tomatoes. Finely chop the spring onions. Take all the vegetables in a bowl.
  3. Heat a pan and roast all the seeds and nuts till crispy and lightly browned.
  4. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and add salt.
  5. Then add basil and toss well.
  6. Serve the vegetable salad immediately.
