Dry Fruits Milkshake Recipe | How to make Dry Fruits Milkshake Recipe



Ingredients of Dry Fruits Milkshake:-
  • ¼ cup almonds 
  • ¼ cup unsalted pistachios
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 6-8 dates, chopped
  • 2-3 dried figs, chopped
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 2 cups chilled  milk 
  • 2 tbsp sugar or as required
  • dry fruits for garnish 
Instructions:-

Preparation for Dry Fruits Milkshake:-
  1. Soak figs and dates in hot water for 30 minutes or in regular water for 2 to 3 hours, if they are hard.
  2. If they are soft, then no need to soak.
  3. You can also soak the almonds, cashews and the remaining dry fruits if you want.
  4. Once the figs and dates have softened, then chop them.
Making Dry Fruits Milkshake:-
  1. Add dry fruits in a blender jar.
  2. Add ½ cup milk and blend to a fine paste.
  3. Then add the remaining 2 cups milk and sugar.
  4. Blend well again. Stir and pour in glasses.
  5. Garnish with dry fruits slices and serve dry fruits milkshake immediately.
