Ingredients:-
- 100 Gram Broccoli, chopped
- 6 Button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 4-6 Black pepper corns
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- Fresh cream for garnishing
- Fresh coriander For garnishing
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
- then add cumin seeds and whole black peppercorns.
- when it starts to crackle, add the cut broccoli and mushrooms.
- Saute the vegetables for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add 2 cups of hot water and add salt to taste. stir well.
- Cover the lid and cook for 2 whistles. Then Remove from heat.
- Once the pressure releases, open the cooker and mash the vegetables using a hand blender.
- Pour the Soup in soup bowl.
- Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
