Cream Of Broccoli Mushroom Soup Recipe | How to make Cream Of Broccoli Mushroom Soup Recipe





Ingredients:-
  • 100 Gram Broccoli, chopped
  • 6 Button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 4-6 Black pepper corns
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  •  Fresh cream for garnishing
  • Fresh coriander For garnishing
Instructions:-
  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. then add cumin seeds and whole black peppercorns.
  3. when it starts to crackle, add the cut broccoli and mushrooms.
  4. Saute the vegetables for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Add 2 cups of hot water and add salt to taste. stir well.
  6. Cover the lid and cook for 2 whistles. Then Remove from heat.
  7. Once the pressure releases, open the cooker and mash the vegetables using a hand blender.
  8. Pour the Soup in soup bowl.
  9. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot.
